1. Introduction
BlinkBond is committed to providing a safe environment for all users and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This document outlines our standards, policies, and procedures to prevent, detect, and address CSAE on our platform.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these standards:
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) refers to any activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children under the age of 18.
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) refers to any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor.
- Grooming refers to the process by which an offender prepares a child for sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Sextortion refers to blackmailing someone with the threat of distributing their sexual imagery.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on BlinkBond:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, or distributing CSAM
- Grooming or attempting to groom minors
- Sextortion or threatening to share intimate images of minors
- Trafficking of children for sexual purposes
- Soliciting sexual content from minors
- Sharing personal information of minors
- Any other activity that sexualizes or endangers children
4. Age Verification and Restrictions
BlinkBond is strictly for users 18 years and older. We implement the following measures:
- Age verification during registration
- Profile review processes to identify potential underage users
- Immediate account suspension for users discovered to be underage
5. Content Moderation
We employ a multi-layered approach to content moderation:
- Automated systems to detect potential CSAM and CSAE-related content
- Human review of flagged content
- User reporting mechanisms
- Regular audits of our moderation systems
6. Reporting Mechanisms
BlinkBond provides multiple channels for reporting CSAE concerns:
- In-app reporting feature accessible from all user profiles and messages

All reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality.
7. Response Procedures
When potential CSAE is identified or reported, we:
