2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on BlinkBond and use the service. By creating an account and using the service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally able to enter into a binding contract
• You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo
• You have not been convicted of a felony or indictable offense (or crime of similar severity), a sex crime, or any crime involving violence
• You are not required to register as a sex offender with any state, federal or local sex offender registry

3. Your Account

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post or transmit any content that is offensive, abusive, or harmful
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
• Harass, bully, intimidate, or stalk other users

5. Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for the content you post on BlinkBond. Content that violates our guidelines may be removed, and repeated violations may result in account termination. Prohibited content includes:

• Nudity or sexually explicit material
• Violent, graphic, or threatening content
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Personal information of others without their consent
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6. Communications and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All chat messages on BlinkBond are end-to-end encrypted, meaning we cannot access, view, or share the content of your conversations. You are responsible for the content you share, which must adhere to our Content Guidelines.

7. Safety and Meetings

BlinkBond encourages users to meet in person, but your safety is important. We recommend:

• Meeting in public places for initial meetings
• Telling a friend or family member about your plans
• Staying sober and alert during meetings
• Trusting your instincts and leaving if you feel uncomfortable

BlinkBond is not responsible for what happens during in-person meetings between users.

8. Intellectual Property

The app and its content, features, and functionality are owned by BlinkBond and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

BlinkBond is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlinkBond shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlinkBond operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
