How do I create a BlinkBond account?

Creating a BlinkBond account is easy! Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store, then sign up using your email, phone number, or social media accounts. Follow the prompts to set up your profile, including adding photos and answering some questions about yourself and your preferences.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, tap on "Forgot Password" on the login screen. Enter the email address associated with your account, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including matches and conversations, will be permanently deleted.

How does the 24-hour match window work?

When you match with someone on BlinkBond, you have 24 hours to start a conversation. If no message is sent within this timeframe, the match expires. This feature encourages users to take action and engage in meaningful conversations rather than collecting matches.

Can I extend a match that's about to expire?

Yes, with BlinkBond Premium, you can extend matches for an additional 24 hours. This is useful when you're interested in someone but haven't had time to start a conversation within the initial 24-hour window.

How does BlinkBond's matching algorithm work?

BlinkBond uses a sophisticated matching algorithm that considers various factors, including your preferences, interests, location, and activity on the app. The more you use the app, the better our algorithm becomes at showing you potential matches who align with your preferences and dating goals.

Can I send photos in messages?

Yes, you can send photos in messages to your matches. However, for safety reasons, we have strict community guidelines regarding the type of content that can be shared. Inappropriate or explicit content is not allowed and may result in account suspension.

What happens to my conversations if I delete the app?

If you delete the app without deleting your account, your conversations will still be available when you reinstall the app and log back in. However, if you delete your account, all conversations will be permanently deleted.

How does BlinkBond ensure user safety?

BlinkBond prioritizes user safety through several measures, including profile verification, photo moderation, in-app reporting tools, and educational resources on safe dating practices. What is BlinkBond Premium and what features does it include?

BlinkBond Premium is our subscription service that offers enhanced features, including:

How do I cancel my Premium subscription?

To cancel your Premium subscription, go to Settings > Account > Subscription > Manage Subscription. From there, follow the prompts to cancel your subscription. Please note that cancellation must be done through the platform where you originally subscribed (App Store for iOS users or Google Play Store for Android users).

Your Premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, even after cancellation.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

BlinkBond does not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. For specific refund requests, please contact our support team at support@blinkbond.com.
